This Mental Health Month, I have the honor of facilitating a workshop at the Carver Heights Senior Center titled:

The Ministry of Memory: Healing Through Life Stories.

Our seniors carry a lifetime of wisdom, resilience, faith, and experiences that deserve to be honored and heard. This workshop will create space for reflection, storytelling, and meaningful conversation about emotional and spiritual wellness.

Sometimes healing begins simply by being seen, heard, and remembered.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve our senior community through mental health education and support.
