Well, I went on a run today! Anyone that knows me knows running isn't my favorite cardio workout. But I like to change it up. Doing the things that I don't particularly want to do will push me to better myself, Whether its reading a motivational/success book over a fictional thrilling novel or eating a salad instead of what I'm craving. Making little changes one day at a time will make for bigger results in the future.
