Welcome Aboard, Mrs. Jinks!

I am excited to become the new Madison Parish 4-H Agent. My name is Andrea Jinks. I can’t wait to get started working with the 4-H students in Madison Parish. I have been in the education field for over 20 years and taught students anywhere from 5th grade to 12th grade. I am married and have two children. My two children have been involved with 4-H since 2018 and my husband was a 4-H student growing up.

I wanted to become an agent because I love the ideals that 4-H includes. Watching my own children get involved and the people we have worked with has been great. I love the variety of skills the students can learn through 4-H as well as the friendships and community bonds they will have once they are finish with 4-H. I can’t wait to see how Madison Parish 4-H will grow over the next year or two.

Look forward to seeing the students in their February meetings.
