1 in 3 women* in this country have had an abortion. You may not know it, but they have.

And if they were not permitted to have an abortion safely and legally, odds are they would’ve found an unsafe way to do it.

Because the research shows that abortion bans don’t end abortions, they end safe abortions.

I’m going to be loud about abortion rights right now and you should too. This is a vastly important issue with implications around bodily autonomy, self-governance, and economic mobility.

This is another way to keep the poor poorer by taking away their rights, and don’t let them convince you otherwise.

Abortions are legal at this time, but we’re going to have to fight like hell to keep it that way. Be loud, spread the word, take action. Send me a dm if you need to be pointed in a direction.

Prepping for a client's first prenatal meeting is one of my favorite things.

It almost feels like the anticipation before a first date with someone you already know you like.

Every couple that I've worked with has undergone a crazy transformation during my time with them. It's such an honor to bear witness to the most human experience - birth.

Not only the birth of a baby but the birth of a mother. The birth of a family.

Introducing the Frankenstein Salad™️.

Step 1: Round up all of the random veggies in your fridge (sniff test to make sure they’re not bad)
Step 2: Toss with greens, a protein source, salt, pep, oil, and lemon
Step 3: Devour straight from mixing bowl
