🌷 Elm is for people who are normally capable and responsible but temporarily feel overwhelmed by the weight of their duties, leading to self-doubt and exhaustion. The key feeling is temporary overload despite usually being confident. Elm often points to perfectionism wrapped in responsibility — when the burden of being “the strong one” becomes too heavy.
🌻 Larch, on the other hand, is for people who lack self-confidence more deeply and consistently. They expect failure, don’t even try sometimes, and feel inferior to others — even if they have the ability. Larch often reflects internalized limitations — beliefs from past experiences that have led to a habit of underestimating oneself.
In short:
• Elm = temporary self-doubt from too much responsibility.
• Larch = chronic lack of self-confidence and fear of failure.
In essence, although the root causes are different (overload vs. deep-seated low self-esteem), both remedies support rebuilding confidence and self-belief.
🌟 Here are beautiful affirmations you can use to support your journey:
🌿 Elm affirmation:
"I am strong and capable. I trust myself to carry my responsibilities with calm and ease."
🌿 Larch affirmation:
"I believe in myself. I am worthy of success and I step forward with confidence."
💗 Tip: If you say your affirmation while placing your hand on your heart (and maybe even after taking your Bach drops), it deepens the emotional connection even more.
If you want to go deeper, ask yourself:
Sending rays of love and light,
Manu. 🙏🏼🌈🌷💞
