What we put into our bodies on a daily basis can surely determine the way we feel. 🍑
Take a sports car for example. A sports car needs a high quality grade fuel to run properly such as a premium fuel grade with an octane level of 93. If a fuel grade with an octane level of 87 was placed into the sports car, it is not going to perform its’ best. 🏎
The same goes for food in the human body. When we spend too much time consuming heavy processed foods such as fried foods, pizza, boxed items, sugary snacks, etc. We can all relate to the feeling of “ugh, I shouldn’t have eaten that”. Although, in the moment, it seemed like the best idea due to a craving. A craving normally comes on from having nutrient deficiencies, most likely because there is lack of consumption of whole foods. 🥬
