Alignment vs Discipine

Most people think they lack discipline.

But what if the real issue is misalignment?

When your habits are aligned with:
✔ your values
✔ your energy
✔ your season of life

…you don’t need to force them.

👉 Coaching Exercise:
Ask yourself:

What health habit feels HARD right now?
Does it match where I am energetically?

Reframe:
Instead of pushing harder… adjust the habit.

Example:
❌ Full strict raw overnight
✅ Add one fruit meal daily

Micro Action:
Choose ONE habit that feels supportive — not stressful
