Pelvic floor therapy is about so much more than just the pelvic floor.

At Bloom, we take a full-body approach — because your pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation. It’s deeply connected to your breath, posture, core, hips, back, nervous system, and even your daily habits.

The truth is: you can’t heal what you isolate. A full-body lens helps us find the root cause, not just offer a temporary or quick fix.

Whether you’re here for pelvic pain, birth prep or recovery, post-surgery rehab, or bowel and bladder concerns — we’re looking at the big picture to help you feel strong, confident, and fully supported.

Because your story matters and you do deserve to feel your best! It is never too late to focus on YOU.

Ever gone down the Google rabbit hole after feeling bladder irritation? You’re not alone!

Many people dealing with urgency, discomfort, or irritation stumble across IC/BPS (interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome) as a possible cause.

The truth? IC/BPS is more common than you think! Affecting about 1 in 20 people.

And the best part? You don’t have to just “live with it.” Pelvic floor therapy can help you calm symptoms, reduce pain, and get your life back!

You deserve it!

Tailbone pain when sitting isn’t just uncomfortable, it can affect your entire day.

Whether the pain started after a fall, postpartum, or seemingly out of nowhere, you deserve real answers and support. This type of pain, also called coccydynia, is often closely tied to your pelvic floor muscles.

At Bloom Pelvic Therapy, we help uncover the root cause of tailbone pain! Whether it’s related to tight muscles, poor posture, or pelvic floor dysfunction. Our approach is gentle, targeted, and customized to what your body needs to heal.

Pelvic floor therapy can help you:
-Understand why your coccyx is irritated
-Learn what movements and positions to avoid
-Improve muscle coordination, flexibility, and strength
-Finally sit and move without flaring your pain

Pain is not something you have to live with. We are here for you!

Join Bloom Pelvic Therapy at F45 Land O’ Lakes for a Free Diastasis Recti & Core Control Screening
📆October 8th, 11:45am-1pm

Before, during, or after your workout—take a quick break and invest in your health! We’ll be on hand to answer your questions, screen for diastasis recti and core control, and give you personalized tips to improve your core strength.💪

Why Get Screened?
A core screening is a great first step in understanding your core and pelvic floor health. Pelvic floor therapists will give you tips that you can start applying to your exercises at F45 that day!

What is Diastasis Recti?
It’s the separation of the abdominal muscles that can occur due to current or prior pregnancy, weight changes, or even improper activation during core exercises. Diastasis can affect anyone—moms, people new to fitness, those more seasoned, or those who’ve experienced significant weight fluctuations. Men and even children can have diastasis!

How is the core related to the pelvic floor?
A healthy, balanced core supports your pelvic floor, improving your posture and reducing pressure on sensitive areas. Diastasis recti is closely linked to pelvic floor dysfunction. If left unchecked, a weakened core can lead to pain or discomfort in daily activities, so it is important to get ahead of!

See you there!

Going to pelvic floor therapy both before and after birth can significantly support a smoother pregnancy and recovery. Prenatal sessions help prepare your body for labor by strengthening and relaxing key muscles. After birth, therapy aids in healing, improving bladder control, and reducing pain. It also addresses core stability and overall pelvic health, which can be affected during delivery. Investing in pelvic floor therapy empowers you to feel stronger, more supported, and more confident during your prenatal and postpartum journey!
