TRUTH: It impacts speech AND feeding!

SPEECH FIXES:
- Eliminates lisps from tongue thrust
- Improves /s/, /z/, /t/, /d/ sounds
- Increases speech clarity

FEEDING FIXES:

Our amazing Bryson went from only eating pizza and chicken parm to trying apple, toast, oranges, eggs, and sausage since March! 🍕➡️🍎🍞🍊

Best part? He said he wants to work hard but doesn't want to be feeding star again because "other kids deserve a chance" 🥹💕

We’re subleasing 1–2 rooms in our warm, family-friendly clinic right across from Dr. Sierra, a trusted airway and tongue tie dentist at Kids Smiles Pediatric Dentistry.

This is more than just office space — it's a chance to join a collaborative pediatric care environment where referrals happen naturally and providers support each other under one roof.

🔹 1 large room (great for play therapy), 1 medium-sized room, and 1 small room

We’re a team of speech-language pathologists specializing in feeding and orofacial myofunctional therapy (OMT), and we know firsthand that kids with feeding or speech issues rarely need just one provider. Nutrition, psychology, medical care, and oral motor support are often all connected.

We’re especially excited to support local businesses or solo providers who want to serve children (or adults with feeding/OMT needs) without needing a full office.

Summer routines are different, but mealtime structure still matters for picky eaters! 🌞

Keep the Schedule:
⏰ Stick to meals + snacks every 2-3 hours
🏖️ Use consistent plates/cups even for picnics

💡 Picky Eater Pro Tips:
Serve preferred foods alongside new ones
No separate meals - offer components they can choose from
Stay neutral: "Here's what's for lunch" (not "Try this!")
Trust their appetite - some days they eat more, some less

Summer Feeding Wins:
🥒 Let kids explore new summer foods without pressure
🍎 Farmer's market trips = food exploration

Washing fruits = sensory exposure

Bayside Pediatric Therapy provides speech therapy and occupational therapy from birth to 21 years old in our clinic in Nee Port Richey Florida. We specialize in augmentative alternative communication (AAC), autism, bilingualism, sensory, and fine motor skills.
