During Annual enrollment for Medicare Oct 15 - Dec 7th, please becareful who you decide to give your medicare number to. If you're on the best plan for you and you've verified this, don't let some random person call you to switch you to another plan based on outlandish promises.

There are a lot of snakes out there that only care about making a $. Remember no one besides your current healthplan can call you to speak to you about Medicare unless you've given them permission to call you first.

Spent over 6 hours and 2 days helping an enrolle pick the right plan, and i've made a life long client and friend in the process. The research, the phone calls to the providers, the time spent getting to know the client is essential. As an agent it's more than just getting commission or meeting a sales quota.. this is a real person with real important needs, quality over quantity.

Several happy new to Medicare clients this week for Health Plans R Us. A good agent will always make sure you fully understand the plan you're getting, make sure your prescriptions are covered for that plan, and lastly that your Dr's and specialists are in network with the plan. This all takes normalyl 1 to 2 hours per appointment, and should never be a rushed process.

A reminder that no one can approach you or call you to talk about Medicare without your permission first. Don't let anyone knock on your door or randomly call you trying to trick you into giving them permission to sell you a Medicare plan. These scum prefer to break the rules to avoid purchasing leads and do things the right way. Report them immediately to CMS.

Turning 65?

Here are two things you need to do.

👉1. Call us at 813-725-4855 for a free consultation on Medicare advantage or Medicare supplement plans available. Original Medicare does not cover Prescriptions, Dental, Vision, or Hearing.

👉2. Call Social Security (800) 772-1213 to enroll in Medicare Part A & B. You can enroll as early as four months before your 65th birthday

Hello everyone, just an update, we are still United Insurance group; but we are now doing business as Health Plans R Us.

We felt this name aligned more with what we help our clients with on a daily basis, and it avoids confusion as we are not United Health Care the insurance company.
