Let's be honest with eachother real quick...
When you wake up inthe morning... how do you feel?
I was waking up still tired, grumpy, achy, and unmotivated... I knew I was eating correctly and fueling my body with the proper nutrients but I didnt know where to start until I found 's Healthy Living Plan.
Was it hard to break bad habits, at first... thankful for having people to keep me accountable...
Was it more rewarding to have control over those cravings and say "NO" to something that I would have just eaten in the past and regretted because of the way it made me feel (drained of energy, bloated, headaches...)... ABSOLUTELY!!!
