What’s the buzz about Ozone therapy? Let me break it down for you! ✨

It floods your body with oxygen, which pushes it into full-on healing mode. People often feel super relaxed during the session, then wake up feeling completely revived.

Here’s why ozone therapy is amazing:
• It regenerates your body at the cellular level (think anti-aging and enhanced healing).
• It boosts your body’s natural detox pathways, making it easier to get rid of toxins. (Imagine taking out the trash—it’s a lot easier to keep your “kitchen” clean after that!)
• Adding a glutathione push at the end enhances detox and strengthens the immune system.

What are your thoughts on ozone therapy? Have you ever tried it? Let me know in the comments! 💬

Let’s dive into the link between high cortisol levels and a chronic fatigue virus: Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV). 🦠

When cortisol spikes, EBV reactivation can occur, leading to symptoms like palpitations, overwhelming anxiety, chronic fatigue, and brain fog.

Have you ever heard of this connection before? If you’ve experienced these symptoms, drop a ‘2’ in the comments and let’s chat! 💬

Six months ago, a patient came to me struggling with severe itching, high histamines, hives, and allergies to almost everything. Fast forward to today, she’s officially on full maintenance—off antihistamines, hive-free, and no more allergy symptoms! 🌟

The root cause? Her liver. We focused on a deep detox, reduced her chemical load by changing personal care products, healed her gut lining for better nutrient absorption, and balanced her histamine and inflammation levels.

This transformation proves that healing from within is possible! Have you or someone you know ever dealt with high histamine issues? Share below—I’d love to hear your stories! 💬

Here are 4 essential questions I ask my new patients to assess their health:

•What is your stress level? 🌟
•How well do you sleep at night? 🛌
•What’s your diet and activity level like? 🍎🏋️‍♂️
•How are your bowel movements? 🚽

I encourage you to ask yourself these questions and rate each one on a scale of 1-10. Share in the comments which areas you need to improve and what other questions I should be asking my patients!

I want to share an incredible journey of one of my patients who had breast cancer. When she first came to me, she had a 6cm tumor. She worked diligently on her lifestyle, diet, and followed my protocol. Her oncologist suggested a double mastectomy, but she aimed to shrink her tumor first for a lumpectomy.

When she went for a checkup, her tumor had shrunk from 6cm to 1.3cm, making it hard to find in the ultrasound!

Now, she’s happy, healthy, and healing. It’s amazing to see our bodies heal naturally! 💪❤️

Celebrating a big win today 🙌

One of my patients, 75 years old, just received his latest labs back and his A1C dropped to 6.7 — the lowest it’s been in over 10 years. 💛

He’s been consistently putting in the work to support his glucose, cardiovascular health, and kidney function, and it’s showing. These are the kinds of long-term changes that truly support longevity.

So proud of his dedication and progress. Drop a 👏 in the comments to help me celebrate him!

Could you have PCOS? Watch for these key symptoms:

Struggling with sleep, always feeling hungry, low libido, that stubborn bloated belly (aka the PCOS belly), trouble losing weight, and feeling anxious more often than not.

Sound familiar? You don’t have to suffer through it, and birth control isn’t the only way.

Reach out to my clinic for more info, and drop your tips for managing PCOS in the comments below! 💛✨

Let’s talk early signs of Hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s 💡

Even if your doctor says your bloodwork is fine, low thyroid can slowly build over time. If you’re noticing symptoms like brain fog, low libido, hair loss, fatigue, or that stubborn weight gain that doesn’t budge with diet and exercise, it could be a red flag 🚩

The key is catching it early! By supporting your thyroid and adrenals now, you can maintain a healthy thyroid, prevent it from showing up in bloodwork, and avoid needing medication like Synthroid. 🌱

I’m here to help you glide through your hormonal seasons, not crash and burn! Drop a 2 in the comments if you think you might have low thyroid! Let’s chat! 💬

After just six weeks of completely cutting out gluten, my patient came in for her first recheck appointment with some incredible results. 💛

Her anxiety is gone, brain fog has lifted, bloating disappeared, and the itchy skin she struggled with for so long is completely gone. Even her IBS symptoms have resolved.

We focused on healing her gut, clearing out parasites and candida, and reducing inflammation, but none of it would have worked if she hadn’t eliminated gluten. The inflammatory response had to be stopped at the source.

Have you ever seen a transformation like this before? Let’s talk in the comments! ⬇️

Let’s talk about hormonal acne. 😣 It’s tough because we all want clear, glowing skin, but when acne is hormone-related, the usual solution doctors offer is birth control—and guess what? Acne is the Number 1 side effect!

I recently had a patient who struggled with acne unless she was pregnant or breastfeeding. We recreated those superhuman hormones, and now her skin is flawless. She’s even been able to ditch her dermatologist prescriptions!

Going the integrative route can truly help balance your body and your hormones naturally. 🌿

What do you do to manage hormonal acne? Let me know in the comments!

Why consider root cause screening? 🌱

I recently had a patient who did some in-depth blood work, and every issue that showed up was something I had already identified in her root cause screening. Root cause screening is vital because it reveals which organs need support, which pathogens need to be cleared out, and what’s behind chronic fatigue, inflammation, and constant illness. It’s about getting to the root of the issue and making lasting changes for better health.

This is why I’m so passionate about what I do—helping patients turn things around before they become serious problems. If you haven’t explored integrative care, now might be the time to consider it. Let’s turn that disease train around together! 🚂✨
