Perimenopause changes so much more than most women expect ✨

A lot of women suddenly feel like their body is responding differently overnight. The same workouts stop working. Sleep changes. Belly weight feels more stubborn. Energy feels inconsistent. Stress feels heavier.

And so many women immediately assume they’re doing something wrong.

But perimenopause affects hormones, stress response, blood sugar, sleep, digestion, inflammation, and recovery too.

A lot of the time, the body doesn’t need more punishment.
It needs more support 🤍

And having my daughter there beside me made it all mean even more. 🤍

This wasn’t just about a red carpet or a film premiere. It was about every step it took to get here, every lesson along the way, and connecting with so many inspiring people in the health and wellness space who are using their stories and platforms to create impact.

Celebrating the premiere of sHEALed Documentary on Amazon Prime at the Cannes Film Festival, while making unforgettable memories with my daughter on her bucket list trip to the French Riviera. 🇫🇷🎬❤️

Currently filming podcasts at the villa and already have stories for days 😂 We somehow ended up on the same flight as , Kaia recognized her immediately, and yes… we absolutely worked up the courage to get a selfie with her. She was so sweet!

Now we’re here getting ready, filming nonstop, and soaking in the fact that something we’ve been working on for years is finally coming to life. Seeing the packaging for CoreKai for the first time feels surreal 🥹

And being here in Cannes for the premiere of the sHEALed documentary at the Cannes Film Festival makes everything feel even crazier in the best way. So much happening all at once — podcasts, filming, Cannes events, and honestly just trying to take it all in. Dreamy, exciting, unforgettable… all of the above 💛

A lot of women have gotten so used to functioning in survival mode that they don’t even realize how disconnected from “good” they actually feel anymore.

Running on stress.
Pushing through exhaustion.
Living off caffeine.
Ignoring symptoms.
Calling burnout “being busy.”

And over time, the body starts responding.

The thing is… a lot of these symptoms don’t come out of nowhere. They’re usually the body trying to communicate that something needs more support, nourishment, recovery, or balance 🤍

Sometimes feeling better isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about slowing down enough to actually listen to what your body has been trying to say.

A lot of people are trying so hard to “fix” their body without realizing their body may just be overwhelmed, under-supported, or constantly stuck in survival mode ✨

Sometimes it’s not about doing more.
Not more restriction.
Not more intense workouts.
Not more pushing through exhaustion.

Sometimes the body needs:
better recovery,
more nourishment,
more balance,
and a more connected approach to health.

The body is incredibly intelligent.
Symptoms are communication, not inconveniences.

When you start looking at health through a more root-cause lens, so many things begin to make more sense 🤍 And sometimes, having the right support and guidance can make the process feel a whole lot less overwhelming.

it’s just not always explained in a way that actually connects the dots.

And when you do start to see the bigger picture—how everything is connected, how your body is responding (not working against you), how there’s usually a reason things feel the way they do—
it changes the way you approach your health completely.

It becomes less about chasing quick fixes…
and more about understanding what your body has been trying to say all along.

That shift alone can make everything feel a lot less overwhelming.
