One of my favorite reminders that the body is capable of so much more than we think ✨

I love sharing wins like this. 🙌

I recently worked with a 72-year-old patient whose PSA had climbed to 7.5 due to significant prostate inflammation. After six weeks on a targeted protocol, his PSA dropped to 2.7.

A patient came to me today after getting her thyroid bloodwork done—her thyroid antibodies were high, signaling the early stages of Hashimoto’s. Her doctor told her not to worry, saying he’s seen much higher numbers and that it wouldn’t matter in the long run.

But here’s the thing—I do think it matters. Why wait for things to get worse when you can take action now? By addressing inflammation and supporting the immune system early on, we can work toward reversing the issue before it becomes a full-blown autoimmune condition.
