No matter what the obstacle is you can do this.
You just have to set your mind to it and go with it.

One thing I do gotta say yes, it is hard when you first start out. It's very hard. I mean, so you are going to feel. Very sore it's going to hurt and all that. But here's the thing that hurt the soreness and all that that well eventually start fading it will start fading away. Then, your body will start getting used to it. Then, you are going to start enjoying it because you see the result and the way you will start to feel. I have now been at my gym for a little over 3 years and I can tell you this. It has been the most best thing I could have ever done for myself.
