This is just part of my story of where I used to buy a lot of fast food and candy and stuff like that to where I don't do that. I have been told countless times that whatever I do or whatever that I'm never good enough. But you want to know something I've also learned in my life that you can't please everybody. So don't worry about trying to please everybody. Please yourself and tell the rest of Em where to go and how to get there if you have to I'm just saying.

You guys wanna know something? I have heard so much in my life that I would never do. Anything important. Do anything that gave a damn. But here's the thing, no matter what people say. I always shrug it off. I keep going because here's the thing is we live once and I'd be damned if I listen to a bunch of people. That put me down and that's the truth.

No matter what the obstacle is you can do this.
You just have to set your mind to it and go with it.

Getting it done a little bit at a time. It takes time even though you want it now.

Think of it like a journey—every step you take, no matter how small, adds up. So just remind yourself that consistency is the real key. Even on days when it feels tough, showing up for yourself will eventually pay off. Just keep the faith and trust in the process!
