Wow! I’m SUPER excited we are going to be relaunching our page!! It only took me about 6 years to get the hang of this motherhood thing ... it’s one tough hood alright! 😜 And then we decided to start homeschooling last year, so will I ever TRULY have a handle on this anymore?! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣 So, it’s GO time! 🚦

I’m choosing to relaunch this Fall, well, because I love everything about the Fall 🍁 season (even if I happen to be in FL) AND I ♥️ people. And this will be a great way to reach and help more people! 👌🏼🤗

Courtney and I are choosing to expand our business now in order to use our gifts and talents to genuinely help others. We will meet you right where you’re at - struggling not to allow myself to become a hermit bc well life ain’t easy especially when you’re losing weight 🙋🏼‍♀️ OR like Courtney who has 18.79% body fat or something ridiculous and wants to be at 16%. 🙄

Is our business JUST about health n wellness? No, it’s about doing life together. We get to choose the ripple effect we leave, and it’s time for us to embrace the power we have in that! 💪🏼😬
