NEW HIRE ALERT 🚨 Dr Carlos Duran, DPT

Originally from Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Dr Duran moved to the United States at a young age and developed a strong interest in health, fitness, and movement. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston. He chose the field of physical therapy with the goal of helping others feel better through exercise and movement. His clinical interests include outpatient rehabilitation and sports medicine, where he is passionate about guiding patients back to their daily activities and athletic goals.Outside of the clinic, he enjoys working out and exploring new restaurants, balancing his love for an active lifestyle with a curiosity for great food.

A native of Pinellas County, Florida, Dr. Chlopek has a genuine compassion for patients and is dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care. Passionate about promoting health and wellness, Dr. Chlopek is committed to utilizing advanced knowledge and skills in physical therapy to positively impact patient outcomes, empowering individuals to achieve their highest level of function and quality of life, Dr. Chlopek strives to make a meaningful difference in each patient’s journey toward better health.

Hi guys! My name is Lariah. I was born and raised in Florida. I am currently in school on the path to become an attorney. My favorite thing to do is to eat and hang out with friends and family! I have 3 other siblings, and my mom is my best friend. I like to listen to music and read, I adore animals and really want a miniature pig! Zack graduated from Concorde with his Associate in Science degree for Physical Therapist Assistance in 2015. Over the last decade, Zack’s practiced physical therapy in three different states, working in a wide variety of disciplines including outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, and persistent pain management. With a passion for helping people through difficult and complex issues, Zack enjoys treating chronic pain patients through an evidence-based holistic approach.

When he’s not treating patients, Zack’s free time is spent reading stories with silly voices to his two year-old son, wandering Disney with his wife, and indulging in an eclectic blend of nerdy hobbies.

Dr. Madison Brown, DPT, recently graduated from Plymouth State University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She graduated from ETSU with her Bachelors of Science with a focus in Exercise Science.She has had the opportunity to treat patients of all ages in multiple regions of the United States. Dr Madison enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions.

In her spare time, Madison likes to paint, go to local markets, and spend time with family and friends.
