Most often when I tell people I teach yoga they immediately respond with, “oh I’m not flexible!” Well, good news — neither am I. It is for that reason, as well as my need for better self-care and stress relief, that yoga became a practice for me. Men/women, flexible/not, young/mature, first-time/100th time....ALL are welcome. Come join me this Saturday and every Saturday at the Northwest YMCA! One-time guest passes are available.

Well folks..it's been a minute! ⏱ But in those minutes since you last heard from me, I have learned to take some deep deep breaths 🙏🌬and get back to where it all started🧘‍♀️.
