Ladies, your body talks—are you listening?
Here’s why practicing self-care through routine screenings is more than just a checkbox — it’s a life-saving habit.
🎀🩺
1. Self Breast Exams (SBE)
✨ Know what’s normal for your body.
✨ Catch changes early — lumps, dimpling, or unusual discharge.
✨ Practice monthly, ideally after your period.
2. Mammograms (Starting at age 40)
🔍 Detects breast cancer before symptoms show.
🎯 Can spot tumors too small to feel.
📅 Annual or biennial screenings are recommended depending on your risk level.
3. Pap Smears (Routine cervical screening)
🧬 Detects precancerous changes caused by HPV.
⏱ Recommended every 3–5 years (or as advised by your doctor).
It’s quick, simple, and can save your life.
When you take care of yourself, you’re not being selfish — you’re being strong.
Your health is your power.
Let’s normalize regular screenings and break the stigma around women’s health!
