✨ In celebration of World Meditation Day, four inspiring voices share how meditation helped them find peace and resilience amid life’s ups and downs. 

🌱 Sally Forrest found meditation after losing her mother. What began as discomfort and inner resistance became a way to witness emotions without being overwhelmed. Today, her practice brings calm, clarity, and deeper connection to herself and others. 

☀️ Shireen Chada felt a deep, undefined sorrow even at life’s “high points.” Meditation became her refuge—bringing indescribable love, moments of pure silence, and connection to everyone around her. Her disciplined practice now sustains her through life’s toughest challenges.
