I want to take a moment to clarify some info about nutrition consultations. If your request involves nutrition research or tapping into specialized resources, it will require a consultation. Your health is important, and I want to ensure we’re addressing your needs correctly!

For example, I’ve received questions about menstrual health, like “What herbs are good for a lighter cycle?” or “I was diagnosed with PCOS; what can I do to help?” If our conversation goes beyond five minutes of in-depth discussion, it will be considered a consultation, and I’m no longer offering free consultations.

I’ve noticed some folks come in without a primary care provider or a clear understanding of their own bodies, then ask for advice but seem to forget it later. How can you make timely, informed decisions about your health if you’re not fully engaged? It’s essential to understand your body and take charge of your wellbeing.

🥂✨ Bestiecation Brunch Vibes in Arizona! ✨🥂

We indulged in the ultimate brunch experience, and here’s what was on the menu: 🍽️

🥑 Avocado toasts with a perfectly seasoned spread, simply AMAZING!
🍤 Shrimp and grits topped with a rich Cajun cream sauce that I couldn’t get enough of!
🍗 Crispy fried chicken wings
🥩 Steak and eggs for a hearty, satisfying bite!
🍞 Fluffy French toast that was pure bliss!
🥂 And of course, Mimosas to toast to friendship and good times!

🥂✨ Celebrating 20 Years of Friendship with an Unforgettable Brunch! ✨🥂

This time, I decided to switch things up! Instead of being the one always cooking or baking, I found an incredible caterer for my best friends and my 20th Anniversary Brunch. 🫶🏽 It was a refreshing change since we usually “turn up” when we get together, but we’re older now, and the vibes are a bit different.

(Owner of ) absolutely knocked it out of the park! Her menu combined classic American brunch favorites with some delightful Latin flavors. 🌮🍳

I’m not usually a fan of shrimp and grits or avocado toast, but Chef Shannon’s versions were hands down the BEST I’ve ever had! 😍 I don’t know about my besties, but I definitely slept like a BABY afterward! 💤

Having her cater this brunch was one of the best decisions we made on our girls’ trip to Arizona! Here’s to friendship, great food, and unforgettable memories! 🎉🍽️🙌🏽

One of the highlights of my trip to Arizona was creating unforgettable memories with my travel crew! There are only a few people I’d hit the road with, and my best friends are definitely in my top 3! 🫶🏽

I experienced my FIRST hibachi chef cooking right in front of us (huge thanks to my bestie for making it happen)! I had no idea this kind of experience existed, I assumed it only happened in a restaurant setting! 🍣 The absolute BEST part? Keeping the sake flowing after dinner! 🥹🥴😂

A big shoutout to for such an amazing experience! 🙌🏽 We definitely overindulged earlier with the barbecue, but my food for dinner was on point and I had enough food for two days!

1000% New Skill Unlocked! ✨

My besties and I just wrapped up an incredible Wellness Retreat in Arizona, and y’all, I surprised my girls with custom cups that I made MYSELF! 🎨💖

For every trip we’ve taken over the past 20 years of friendship, we’ve always had something personalized whether it’s a cup, mug, or flask. But this time, we didn’t coordinate one in the group chat, so I said “F it, I’ll make them!” 😂

If you were trying to reach me before AZ, I’m sorry! I was locked in, getting these cups done and properly cured. The grind was real, but their reactions? PRICELESS! 🥹✨
