Thankful for beautiful experiences that shape the heart. The last weeks of summer were great! ♥️ I am proud of you, Jeremy. 🙏 I love the community that you have found. I pray that you continue to grow in your walk with Jesus. Parenting a teen is not easy but watching teens get closer to God, fills my heart with joy. 🥹

Esperando que Carlos termine sus laps. Yo hice mis unos cuantos y me ven aquí relajada pero el corazón casi se me sale. Esto de hacer ejercicios post 40 cuando nunca has sido atleta, no es un chiste. Pero así lo hacemos aunque se vea silly, aunque sea un lap más que la otra vez, y aunque no luzca perfecto. Hay que hacerlo porque ese colesterol no se va a bajar solo.

Este fue un encuentro cercano con los leones de mar. También vimos ballenas . Aprender sobre la vida marina en Alaska fue el highlight del viaje. Resulta que las ballenas jorobadas viajan 3,000 millas desde Hawaii en la primavera y pasan el verano aquí. Llegan con mucha hambre a comer en estas aguas más frías y ricas en nutrientes que proveen buen alimento para ellas. En el otoño y el invierno regresan a Hawaii para dar a luz. Las aguas cálidas de Hawaii son más cómodas para la cría pero no hay tanto alimento como aquí.

Glacier viewing in Alaska was a stunning sight. Amazed by the beauty of fjords, glaciers and blue waters that nourish the whales when they migrate from Hawaii. Core memory for sure! ♥️ 🧊

-no me gusta hacer ejercicio
-al final me siento fuerte y siento bienestar
-me hace más consciente de comer sano
-me aumentan las energías
-libero las hormonas de la felicidad
-me siento más hábil de hacer cosas difíciles
