Helicopter Parenting is something hits home. My parents are caring but they are overwhelming caring, as i lost my self confidence.

I lost my self thoughts

I lost my real belief system

I was in strong control over my parents

Until I figured it out, i called my parents helicopters until they stopped controlling my life, telling me what to do.

Good morning Helicopters instead of calling them Mother or Father.

Eventually i started to gain self confidence and alot of what others think is right for me is white noise for me, unless i find it very helpful. sometimes insights are good. but caring what others think about me..... forget it. So this concludes that I beat Helicopter Parents by educating them and myself. and gained confident. I beat caring what others think about me.

I know myself more then anyone else, that includes self worth, not being perfect. But someone to think im not perfect, and you are???
