I’ve learned not to live by what others think of me.
I still listen to feedback to grow, but I don’t let people’s perspectives or judgments define my worth.
My focus is on God, and I keep moving forward.
When Judgment Day comes, I’ll know where Ill stand.
I don’t dwell on negativity. I stay strong and do my best to live the best version of Daniel every single day.

Anxiety is like a tailored suit: it fits everyone differently. Don’t compare your struggle to someone else’s, and don’t assume what helps one person will help you. Find your tools. Try, experiment, and see what works.

If it works, stick with it. Keep building on those brain hacks, relaxation techniques, and the awareness of your thinking patterns. (Cognitive distortions) All shown on my pinned post.

Stop the snowball before it grows, kick it while it’s small. Work with yourself, take control, and remember: you’ll feel better once you find what calms your mind and practice it daily until it’s part of who you are.

🧊 ICE PACK BRAIN HACK – For Anxiety, Head Tension & Mental Reset 🛋️📱

In this post, I’m sharing a simple method I use when I feel anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally blocked.

Here’s what I do:

I lie down on the sofa and play calming or satisfying videos on my phone.

I place an ice pack on the back of my head.

After 10 minutes, I move the ice pack to the back of my neck.

Then I switch it back to the head—and keep alternating every 10 minutes.

💡 What it helps with:

Eases tension headaches and relaxes tight head/neck muscles.

The cold can trigger a crepitus-like release in the scalp.

The cold sensation grabs your brain’s attention, helping shift focus away from anxious thoughts—that’s why I call it a brain hack.

🧠 Try this when you’re feeling overwhelmed, have a tension headache, or are dealing with any form of anxiety. It’s a fast, natural way to reset your mind.

🧠💡 A Weird but Powerful Way I Stop Anxiety Attacks Before They Start 💡🧠

When I feel anxiety creeping in, I’ve learned to shift my focus fast — using something totally unexpected.

I look around and pick a random non-living object I see: a car, a street sign, a soda can, a traffic cone — anything not alive (out of respect for God’s creation). And then I do this:

👁️ I visualize myself eating it.
🥄 Chewing it up, swallowing it down.
🧪 And then the real trick — I mentally walk it through my digestive system:

I picture it dropping into my stomach, where acid starts breaking it down — bubbling, dissolving, melting it into pieces.
Then it moves into my intestines, gets pushed along by muscles, processed, and eventually… yes, I imagine it getting flushed out. 💩

It’s funny, it’s weird — but it works.

This whole mental movie distracts my brain from spiraling and sends a message: “This thing has no power over me. It’s processed. It’s gone.”

It’s helped me stop full anxiety attacks more than once.

Try it.
Focus on something neutral. Visualize the entire digestion process — acid, movement, release.
Then smile and move on with your day.
