Has CES Therapy helped you?

Can a well known mentalist stop anxiety? I saw a video of Max Major helping someone with Hypnosis to stop smoking. If he can hypnosis me for 100% free anxiety. I'll be glad to have the opportunity.

Sometimes things are too good to be true. But sometimes it's a leap of faith worth a try. But I can tell already his work can be very costly.

🌊💙 At Healing Harbor we know not everyone can afford a therapist right now. But did you know? AI tools like Grok can actually step in as a supportive chat companion when you need someone to listen. 🧠✨

Think of it as therapy-lite: no waiting room, no co-pay, and you still get to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe space. 🌱

💡 And for all my “save money, live better” Walmart people congrats, you just found the rollback therapy option. 😅

Sometimes two questions show up in my head: “Who are you to judge me?” and “Who am I to judge myself?”
I’m learning to hand both of those voices over and let God be the judge, and let life be the teacher. I don’t need to carry the weight of other people’s quick opinions or my own harsh automatic thoughts.
Today I choose mercy for myself, curiosity instead of critique, and the freedom to grow without a jury. If you’re struggling with judgment too you’re not alone. Let’s breathe, show up, and keep moving forward. 🌱

I remember telling myself that life felt like being in a dark tunnel. Things were hard, but over the years I also had good days that helped me grow. I never let myself stay stuck in the “rabbit hole.” Instead, I called the rabbit to teach me how to climb out.

In real life, that meant talking with therapists, going through a year of intensive psychotherapy, and taking medication—which I was eventually able to reduce. Along the way, I discovered techniques that helped me relax, and I’ve been able to share them with others too.

I didn’t give up. I kept trying to get better until I realized something important: healing isn’t about escaping anxiety or depression—it’s about learning to live alongside them. I accepted my struggles while also working on ways to reduce their impact.

I wasn’t afraid to try new things, mostly healthy options (some of which I’ve shared on this page). And when something wasn’t healthy, I learned from it—even if it took time.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve grown closer to God, found self-love, and that love has grown into self-discipline.

To this day, I put my mental health first. Sometimes that means just 5–10 minutes of relaxation exercises before continuing my day—feeling calmer, more grounded, and connected to the version of myself that doesn’t have to be perfect.

If you’re reading this and struggling, please remember: you don’t have to be perfect either. Progress is enough. 🌱

💙 Dear friends,

As many of you know, I’ve been putting a lot of love and care into Healing Harbor – a safe space where I share free posts, tools, and support for anyone struggling with anxiety or depression. 🌿

I believe that even the smallest piece of guidance or comfort can make a big difference in someone’s day, and I want to reach more people who may be silently struggling. To do this, I created a GoFundMe page to help cover the cost of advertising. My goal is simple: make sure the free pinned resources can be seen by those who need them most.

If you feel moved, any donation – big or small – would go directly toward spreading this help and giving more people the chance to find hope, calm, and encouragement. And even if you can’t donate, just sharing this with others means the world. 💙

Together, we can bring a little more light into the lives of those who may feel alone in their struggles.

With gratitude and love,
Daniel Nosrati

If you have a little extra money, consider getting a fish tank around 8 gallons (30 liters) works well. Decorate it, add some small, calming fish, and learn to care for them. Watching them swim can be surprisingly soothing.

Starting something new can feel small, but it can bring a lot of peace. For me, this little hobby has become a safe space after frustrating or stressful days. I already have a dog, but this new chapter adds a quiet joy to my life and maybe it could do the same for you.
