Sometimes you just have to have chili cheese fries! Why limit yourself to a small, measured portion of diet food that will leave you hungry or gorge on "epic mealtime" gluttony? There IS another option! Food challenge: Make something so yummy & healthy that it's gone before you can even take a picture of it!

Easy example: Put brown rice, frozen broccoli, soy sauce, a squeeze of lemon, and a spoonful of nutritional yeast in a microwave-safe container. Freeze and have ready for fast lunch. Heat & eat!

Craving breadsticks? Pour a side of red sauce and get ready to dip!

Just take a whole wheat pizza crust, brush with a tangy cheezy sauce, and bake for 5-8 minutes!

My sauce was a quick combination of water, unsweetened almond milk, nutritional yeast, a small handful of presoaked raw cashews, garlic, shallots, sea salt, and white wine vinegar. I blended it in a Vitamix for about 30 seconds, just to puree the garlic and cashews.
