Today’s workout: Total Body but….there’s a twist. Total Body in a Halloween costume! 🎃

The idea of working out can make you feel like you need to be serious but if you can find a way to make it fun there’s a greater chance that you’ll find the motivation to do the next workout and the next workout… You get the point.

When you can enjoy your workout it not only helps your physical health, but it also helps you mentally. How? By boosting your endorphins and reducing anxiety & stress.

And by bringing fun and enjoyment to your workout you can begin building the habit of regular exercise. The more you look forward to having fun the more you want to do it. And the more you wanna do it the easier it becomes to stop the cycle of starting & stopping….which is what ultimately keeps you stuck where you don’t want to be..

There’s two more days until Halloween. Take that opportunity to make your next workout a fun and enjoyable one!

Girlfriend, you are not the Wi-Fi router. The whole world doesn’t shut down if you take 30 minutes to move your body, prep a meal, or sip your coffee in peace. ☕️💃🏻

FINALLY…..low humidity! What a gorgeous morning to get out for a walk and get first morning light. ☀️

It’s STEPtember and what better way to get steps than an early morning walk. Got out later than I would’ve liked to so I had to cut it short, but I’ll finish getting my steps in throughout the day on my walking pad.

💡 Did you know that there was a review done of 57 different studies and it showed that getting just 7,000 steps a day can reduce your risk of death by 47%! 🤯

🚶🏻‍♀️ Walking can seem like an insignificant thing, but it makes a world of difference for your health.
