Sorry, just let this coach crash out for a second.

Having a positive mindset and affirming yourself are extremely important when making life changes, just do it the right way.

Affirmations that praise results and perfection will hold you back from reaching your TRUE POTENTIAL.

Instead praise your continued EFFORT, praise your DETERMINATION, and praise your HARD WORK.

And lastly don’t let pride keep you from being the best version of you. Yes, you could be killing the process, but yes you could do it better.

Thanks for being my workout buddy.

These exercises hit every part of the glutes, some of the exercises target multiple muscles. This makes it the perfect get in and out glute workout.

🍑Hip Thrusts → Upper/mid glute max (projection)
🍑Bulgarians → Lower glute max (under-b***y), glute min to stabilize
🍑Hyperextensions → Lower/mid glute max (tie-in & density)
🍑Abductors → Glute med (side b***y & shelf), glute min assist

On a leg day your goal is to lift HEAVY, so ideally you’re resting closer to 2 minutes between your sets.

I don’t know about you but I’m not spending 2 hours in the gym doing 8 exercises. Sometimes less work is more gains 🍑
