If you know of any certified personal trainers that are looking to keep more of the money that they are making instead of giving it all to the commercial gyms, passionate about serving their community and embodies integrity as the consummate professional to elevate T1N fitness, send this post to them!

Please note, we are looking for an experienced professional that has an established base of clients that is looking for a space to train them in (rental fee to train in space).

Qualifications:
Certifications:
National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent.
CPR/AED certification.
Must be able to pass background check with no criminal record

Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years experience training individuals and hosting group classes.
Experienced in creating and implementing personalized workout plans for various fitness levels.
Portfolio of transformations.
Experience in operating multiple functions of business from training, scheduling, invoicing and marketing.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate, encourage, and build rapport with clients.
Strong understanding of exercise modifications and progressions.
Proficiency in proper exercise form and technique correction.
Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.

Additional Factors:
Being a highly organized professional with business acumen and sales experience is a plus.
Positive and patient demeanor (extremely important)
Ability to tailor training sessions to individual client needs and preferences.
Openness to feedback and continuous learning.

Client spotlight!

came to the goal of “toning”.

There was a ton of things that happened to achieve this is under 2 months but here’s the bigger points:

* Coaching conversation on foods to remove
* Added Consistent strength training routines (building that muscle!) on a schedule
* Stay consistent with capturing progress
* Embraced: discomfort with tough training, soreness and healthy habits

Result: Look at that amazing transformation!

What you should take note of is that in less than 2 months, ashley has:

* committed to training at 6am in the cold sometimes
* Showing up consistently and having a positive attitude even if she was the only one training
* Listened to my recommendations of cutting out things she insisted she couldn’t live without
* Did all of this through Christmas, new years, Delta Founders day and Gasparilla (maybe 2 cups of liquor in total)

If you’re ready to lock in.. I’ll introduce you to the everything you need to know about transforming your body.

You just have to trust the process and follow my direction.

You can train at my new facility up to 6 days a week with flexible times or train remotely through my personalized app.

On April 10th, I'm kicking off a complete transformation program that will last until Memorial Day Weeknd!

This gives you about a week to get your mind prepared to lock in and about 2 months to work on transforming your body before the holiday weekend.

What's included:
✔️45 Days of a Total Workout Program (instead of random workouts you find from the internet)
✔️A variety of Strength training and HIlT Workouts to focus on fat loss (not weight) so that you can keep and or gain muscle (in desired places)
✔️6 Week Nutrition Plan with Recipes that are Plant-Based (Vegan) or Carnivore Options

OAN-The last few months have really taught me a lot about friendships and relationships in general.

How I’m greeted, received and or interpreted when I say things/do things that could be worded/done better really has reflected back some incredible revelations to myself.
•
There’s so much power in being connected to those that see you in the exact regard that you see yourself, if not higher.
•
It’s also an alignment check with God to evaluate the caliber of people that he’s placed in your life.
Asking myself what things am I giving, receiving/learning from these people that are being placed in my life has been confirmation of direction.
•
Incredibly grateful for the way God has been moving in my life. Especially as of late. It’s starting to all come together.
