Today I went and visited with a husband and a wife who I have known for years.

The first time I met them was when I worked in a Memory Care Community over 10 years ago when they moved his mom in. Today I met him to visit his wife, who now has a diagnosis and lives in the same Memory Care Community where his Mom lived.

It's such a blessing to be a part of their journey through the years and honored that they invited me to visit.

It was a true reminder of why I do what I do, and where I am supposed to be.

Stepping away from working in Memory Care to helping families find the right facility for their loved one is a gift.

I never helped this family with placement, but I am grateful to hold their hands along the way before I got started....every one of the families I have helped is a beautiful part of the story of how Taylors Transitions began, and I thank you all!

Got my new glasses today and I can "see" where I'm meant to be 💜.

I have helped place MANY families through the years and holding their hands through the journey of the Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care to navigate their path. THAT is why I started Taylor's Transitions to help families with placement and coaching through the process.
