Are you team weigh cooked or weigh uncooked?! 👀🍠

There’s honestly no “right” way to track food as long as you stay consistent 🤍

BUT… I’m trying out weighing my sweet potatoes raw to be a little more accurate since cooking methods can change the weight so much depending on how they’re prepared.

For those of you who weigh raw:
• Do you meal prep them all at once?
• Do you portion before or after cooking?
• Any tips that make it easier?

Reverse diet tips from an IFBB Pro ⬇️

• Choose a post show meal that won’t wreck your digestion
• Enjoy yourself, but don’t experiment with a bunch of foods you haven’t had in awhile ALL at once 😂
• The thought of food is usually more exciting than the food itself. Don’t spend prep only focused on what you’ll eat after the show. Focus on WHY you stepped on stage, not just the reward meal after
• Drink your water. Don’t mistake hunger for thirst
• Don’t do the extremes. Binging and underfueling only make the transition harder. Follow the plan and introduce foods back in moderation. That’s how you get back to normal
• Eat intuitively but keep structure. Balanced meals, protein, carbs, hydration, and meal timing still matter
• Don’t panic and switch everything up because you don’t like how you feel or look post show. A lot of it is temporary and your body will regulate once you’re back in routine

Ultimately… enjoy the moment, make memories, and then get back on track 💖
