Home of the oldest minority professional trade association in America, advocating for fair and equitable practices. Welcome to the website of the Bay Area Association of Realtist, Inc., NAREB’s Tampa Chapter. Formed in 1947, NAREB is the oldest minority trade organization in America and the Tampa Chapter is the founding place of NAREB. The organization was brought together, for the first time in American history, to recognize Black professionals dedicated to practicing their vocation with dignity and professionalism. The organization is open to all regardless of race, creed, color, that promote fairness and democracy in housing, regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, marital status or socioeconomic status.
