Take a Breather: Carve out a few minutes daily to reflect on your journey—what’s going well and what’s tough.

Keep It Simple: Focus on essentials like a quick workout, a healthy meal, or deep breaths to avoid burnout.

Gratitude: When motivation dips, appreciate your body and remember that progress is about the journey.

Lean on Your Crew: Share your wins and struggles with friends for support and inspiration!

Those who give to the poor will lack nothing, but those who close their eyes to them receive many curses. Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God. Whoever shuts their ears to the cry of the poor will also cry out and not be answered.

We are commanded to love others, help others, do good to others, give to others, and allow God to work through us to show His goodness and grace.

My brother found this precious puppy while he was out the other day. The people that had the puppy were yelling at him to “go away” and were throwing rocks at him, so my brother picked him up and walked off with him.
He is such a sweet dog. I’m so sad that people treat animals badly.

“So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.” – Ephesians 2:19 (ESV)

Belonging is one of our deepest needs—and God meets it through His Church. We are not meant to follow Christ in isolation, but as members of His family. The Church isn’t just a place we go; it’s a people we belong to. Through the gathered body of believers, we’re reminded that we are part of something eternal, something bigger than ourselves. We are fellow citizens in God’s Kingdom, bound together by grace, truth, and love.
Ask God to show you how He wants you to engage with your church—not just attend, but truly belong.

Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for welcoming me into Your family. Help me to value the Church as You do—not as a place of convenience, but a place of calling. Teach me to love, serve, and connect with others in meaningful ways. Use the Church to grow me, and help me be part of growing others. Amen.
