Following Jesus isn’t just about words—it’s about a life surrendered. Romans calls us to live for God daily, offering ourselves to Him as an act of worship. This means letting Him guide our choices, our time, and our hearts.

Ask God this week: How can I honor You with my life today? Then walk in obedience.

Prayer:
Jesus, I offer my life to You. Teach me to live in a way that brings You glory. Amen.

Here’s your next nutrition and fitness tip, fit friends: grab a workout buddy!

Having a friend to exercise with makes staying motivated way easier. Just make sure they’re someone who lifts you up, not brings you down. Think about your friends who love working out and ask yourself:

🔲 Are they supportive of your goals?
🔲 Can they meet up regularly to work out?
🔲 Can they keep up with you or even push you a bit during workouts?

If you’ve got someone who ticks all those boxes, give them a call and start planning your workouts together! If not, no worries—check out local gyms or rec centers for group classes, personal training, or fitness groups. You can also ask around to see if anyone else’s friends are looking for a workout buddy.
