🌟 Meet Amanda Green 🌟

Amanda Green is a seasoned healthcare executive, licensed Nursing Home and Assisted Living Administrator, and certified Activity Director with over 21 years of experience transforming skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and continuing care communities across North Carolina.

Starting her career in long-term care social work in 1992 after graduating from East Carolina University, Amanda gained deep insight into resident needs, family dynamics, and the emotional landscape of care. Her unwavering commitment to nursing homes led her to administration, where she has guided facilities through modernization, financial turnarounds, and state survey excellence — including elevating CMS ratings, achieving deficiency-free surveys, eliminating contract staffing, and building high-performing, compassionate teams.

Today, Amanda combines operational expertise, human-centered insight, and a lifelong dedication to restoring trust and excellence in care environments. Her leadership continues to make a profound impact on residents, families, and care teams alike.
