My body was in pain, my mind was tired…
I called Ashley and told her I was desperate for a massage.

I laid down- and she began to work on my hips, and legs, then my shoulders.
I felt the tension, the pain from my muscles, and joints…
It was overwhelming with how stiff I was, but I slowly became un-done.
