We are beyond grateful for Dawn Simone, a truly remarkable woman whose compassion, resilience, and leadership have transformed our community. With family at the core of her life, and a proud New Jersey native, Dawn is a devoted mother of two and a loving grandmother to two grandchildren. Despite the profound loss of her fiancé to COVID, she continues to honor his memory with grace and unwavering strength, inspiring everyone around her.
When Dawn first stepped into the role of Resident Care Manager, she faced challenges that would have tested even the most experienced leader. Yet, with her fierce dedication and exceptional skill, she not only conquered the task but set a new trajectory for excellence in our entire environment of care. Dawn’s empathetic leadership, tireless work ethic, and deep commitment to her team’s growth make her more than a supervisor—she’s a trusted mentor and advocate. Spending long hours ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care, her support and devotion creates a space where our care staff feel valued and empowered while our families feel secure that their loved one is receiving compassionate care.
