My very first Kirtan 😊 and it was pure medicine. Weaving of sacred mantras, a beautiful web of light igniting every cell of our bodies. For me, it was a remembrance of my voice, my purpose here, and an embodiment of adding more light to that seed within so it can continue to grow. 🌱Just like a seed breaking through the soil, rising toward the surface, and blooming into its unique essence… this is the journey I’m on. Moment to Moment choice by choice, staying devoted to what I’ve learned these past years.I’ve witnessed direct evidence of healing through all of Sva Ha’s teachings. I can look back and see the contrast, a life once lived in fear, guilt, shame, unworthiness and constant pain… and now a life becoming lighter, freer, and guided by love, peace, and compassion. 🕊️As Lisa so beautifully said: “The deeper you go, the lighter you get and that’s how angels fly.” This quote has been imprinted in my heart from the first time I heard it .. I come back to it and remember it’s wisdom 🙌🏼I held all of this as I sat there at my very first Kirtan, singing with my heart and my soul — so deeply grateful for the beautiful Shambala community that holds this sacred space. ✨🤍😊 Sva Ha Yoga & The Synergy of Sound Training Academy

After last night’s beautiful Equinox ceremony, I woke up still feeling so connected. I felt this pull to get outside, so I followed it—and wow, nature had so much to show me.

Everywhere I looked there was magic… the plants, the trees, the moss, the dirt under my feet, the wind, the birds, even the tiniest insects. It all felt alive and inviting me to slow down, breathe, and come back into my heart.

In a world that can feel chaotic and overwhelming, nature always knows how to bring me home to peace. Walking with my two little sidekicks, I let myself feel that childlike joy again—free, playful, and full of love.

There was a time when I felt so lost. But the more I open to these moments, the more I realize… nature found me. And in return, I’ve found her too. 🌿✨🙌🏼🤍

I’m so grateful I said yes to this journey, Now I’m continuing this journey in Energy Medicine 3 ✨🙌🏼🤍 Learning in the pulse is a beautiful way to embody these Natural Laws and experience the world of energy.

It’s a blessing to be guided by two incredible beings, Nikki Pepin and Ashley Senra, whose wisdom and presence make this path even more special.

And even though the first class was today, you can still jump in if you feel the call! If your heart is pulling you toward energy, sound, and wisdom traditions, this path might be for you too.

May we all continue remembering who we are and the deep well of peace within us.
