📍 Box Breathing (4-4-4-4): Inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4—repeat 4 rounds.
📍 Physiological Sigh: Two small inhales through the nose + a long, slow exhale through the mouth (x3).
📍Shoulder sweep: Roll shoulders back 10 times; unclench jaw and tongue from the roof of your mouth.
