The weather is finally cooling off, and we’re taking our Thursday evening yoga flows under the trees! 🍂
Join me every Thursday in October at 6pm for a 45-minute all-levels class surrounded by fresh air + open space. 🌿

🧘‍♀️ Bring a yoga mat (and a blanket if you’d like a little extra comfort between you + the ground).

Take a quiet pause for yourself during the evening with a gentle, 30-minute yoga flow. Join us on Thursday, August 14 at Eden Abbey for one of three calming sessions:
