We’re Hiring! Caregiver Needed (Assisted Living) – The Gardens at Tavares (Tavares, FL)
Do you have a heart for seniors? The Gardens at Tavares is looking for a dependable, compassionate Caregiver to join our team and help care for our elderly residents in a warm, home-like setting.
Job Duties Include:
Assisting with daily care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers)
Helping residents with mobility and safety
Providing companionship and support
Housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry as assigned
Supporting meals and daily routines
Observing/reporting changes to the nurse/management team
Ability to follow resident care plans and facility policies and work as a team member and independently.
Requirements:
Caregiving experience preferred (ALF, home health, LTC)
Reliable, kind, and team-oriented
Must be able to pass Level 2 background screening and meet Florida requirements
CPR/First Aid a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule: [Full-time/Part-time] | Shifts: [Days/Nights/Weekends] 7a-7p and 7p-7a
Pay: $[Rate]/hr (based on experience)

Assisted living has trained caregivers and support staff—and access to nursing care when needed. At The Gardens, our team includes a Registered Nurse (our owner!) and certified staff with extensive Florida certifications. We provide medication management, personal care assistance, and daily monitoring. If a resident needs more intensive medical care, we coordinate with home health agencies and specialists.
