I am a stay at home mom so until my daughter goes off until school I won’t be promoting my business too much. I’m leaving things in Gods hands and His timing. Well, in His timing I got to help a sweet couple welcome their daughter this week. Momma rocked labor SO well! Things may not have gone according to plan, but that happens and is ok. Everyone is healthy and glowing ❤️ Thank you for letting me be on this journey with you J family!

I get told often “I’m having a hospital both, I can’t have a doula.” That is false. I go where you go. You can have an amazing, beautiful and powerful birth in many different circumstances. You have to feel comfortable and confident!

“Often couples worry that an outside support person will take over and control the labor experience, as many individuals providing labor assistance have traditionally done. The training of a doula is quiet different, emphasizing quiet reassurance and enhancement of the natural abilities of the laboring woman. A doula is constantly aware that the couple will carry the memory of this experience throughout their lives. The doula is there to help the parents have the type of birthing experience they want.”
