It's spring time and there's been a big influx of patients with sinus issues and headaches. Here is one way to celebrate:
Try going to your local farmer's market or look into your local food community. You can often locally source a lot of your food. What does that do? Knowing where your food came from and how it was cared for is a big part of nutrition. It decreases your carbon footprint because you're not relying on mass produced foods. It can often be less expensive in the long run and you're putting your money back into your own community.
