I’m teaching privates! Yoga, Pilates, or a blend of both at the . Starting December 1st, I’ll also be offering an open class at 4:30pm on Mondays there.

And yes, I know Mountain Village feels “sooooo far away”—but trust me, it’s just a quick hop, and the Peaks makes it feel like a mini-retreat (bougie water and tea included!). Speaking of retreats… stay tuned for more details coming soon.

Saturday 10a March 29th 2025
Will be my last class teaching in a space that I absolutely adore
I never knew I would become so attached to a space!?
A place I poured my whole heart & soul so much that it revealed how tender I am
You take a risk, a chance to put it all on the line
Sometimes though when we love something so much we hold too tight and it becomes too precious
So….
We let it go
A practice, a real practice is inside, then we can take it anywhere
I hope if I’ve shared a nugget with you that helped you move or feel better

As we count down the final days in this space that’s been our sanctuary, our home away from home, we’re filled with so much love and gratitude. Every breath, every stretch, every moment shared here has been a beautiful chapter in this journey. While this studio may be closing its doors, the memories and connections will live on in our hearts.
