Will be my last class teaching in a space that I absolutely adore
I never knew I would become so attached to a space!?
A place I poured my whole heart & soul so much that it revealed how tender I am
You take a risk, a chance to put it all on the line
Sometimes though when we love something so much we hold too tight and it becomes too precious
So….
We let it go
A practice, a real practice is inside, then we can take it anywhere
I hope if I’ve shared a nugget with you that helped you move or feel better

Every breath, every stretch, every moment shared here has been a beautiful chapter in this journey. While this studio may be closing its doors, the memories and connections will live on in our hearts.
