At 35 years old, I was overweight, struggling with addiction, and stuck in a toxic life. I made the decision to change everything.

✅ Lost 250 lbs after bariatric surgery and kept the weight off for 15 years
✅ Overcame addiction & have been sober for 10 years (since May 21!)
✅ Went back to school at 35 and became a Certified Drug & Alcohol Counselor (CADC)
✅ Earned my LVN, then my RN, and now working toward my BSN
✅ Now, I help others with weight loss, addiction recovery, and life transformation
