Shari Sorbo is a practitioner, psychotherapist and minister whose life’s passion has been to support people who have been searching for their own true joy and happiness by inspiring them to discover and live their true purpose. Through heart centered authenticity practices, individuals begin to realize and experience their own self-worth and acceptance, developing a deeper relationship with themselves as well as others. Shari works with people in several areas of personal growth as well as recovery, trauma and abuse. Treating people in both individual and group settings, a safe environment is created that allows a person to open to deep levels of psychological and spiritual healing. Each session uses integrative healing designed specifically for each individual. This method helps people regain hope and courage by embracing their own personal journey of healing whether the healing needs to be emotional, physical, psychological or spiritual. Shari holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with emphasis on Women’s Studies and Psychology and a MA in Psychology from Antioch University. She also holds a Doctorate of Divinity and a Doctorate in Spiritual Studies from Emerson Theological Institute. She is a certified facilitator of Dr. Brene’ Brown’s, The Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ Curriculum and Paul Ferrini’s, Real Happiness Curriculum as well as, Robert Masters Integrative work. She has been a licensed Practitioner at Center for Spiritual Living for 20 years training under Dr. Rev. Michael Beckwith, Author and Director of Agape International Spiritual Center in Los Angeles, CA.
