I advocate for health and wellness for the women I've lost to preventable illnesses and to change that narrative. I want that for you and I offer the guidance and services to help you realize

By registering for classes/workshops and events on this website you agree to the following:
This waiver is in consideration of my desire to participate in Yoga, Fitness and or Sound Baths and being given right to participate in the same I hereby release and forever discharge Alora Wellness, located in Tempe, AZ 85248, Sozo Healing House, located in Tempe, AZ 85284 their affiliates, predecessors and successors (collectively releases) from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result in my participation during today’s activity. I am voluntarily participating in the aforementioned activity and I am participating in the activity entirely at my own risk. I, the Undersigned Participant, confirm that I am age 18 or older, and am freely acknowledge and agree to this agreement. I confirm that I have read, understand and agree. Minor participants must have a parent/guardian signature to participate.
