We offer medications in blister packs to improve compliance, We work closely with long-term care facilities to be compliant with all their drug requirements. The pharmacist will visit your facility to review your resident's medication, fish out overuse or duplication, and point us meds that can cause dizziness leading to falls. We offer diabetic education, immunization, medication synchronization, and healthy eating habits to slow down chronic diseases of aging.
