A darling tablescape for a bride to be!

First time doing a gigantic square table for 14 where the farmhouse slats were to be the star of the show and I love how it turned out! I love the amber colored vases with gold accents. (There's symmetry there even though it's hard to see from the picture.)

Such a fun time celebrating a milestone birthday!

Roast crostini with horseradish and garlic cream, micro greens and crispy shallots & spiced chicken meatballs will always be in my top 10 of small bites.

It's hard to capture the bright orange color of these Sun Gold tomatoes. I planted them because they are my mom's favorite and they're quickly becoming mine.

Is there anything better than a vine ripened tomato? Maybe when it's thrown together with some homegrown basil, a little burrata, really good olive oil and some flake salt.

Slide through to watch this delicious loaf of homemade sourdough bread by turn into a salad.

Panzanella is typically made with stale bread but for this dish I used this toasted sourdough and stacked it with cucumber ribbons, fresh mozzarella, Calabrian chili jam, heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, pickled onions, pesto vinaigrette, arugula, micro greens and a drizzle of reduced balsamic.

I'm not sure if this home grown carrot is embarrassed, or if it identifies as a roasted turkey with an extra leg? Either way, I hope it's going to be delicious!

Thanks for all the dinner suggestions!

We went with crispy rice teriyaki bowls tonight.

The crispy rice is the perfect compliment to the rice vinegar, soy and ginger marinated. cucumbers.

One dinner down, 6 more to go.

Italian oyster mushrooms that I grew from , pan fried with olive oil from Jerusalem, garlic & thyme and finished with European butter and smoked flake salt. CRISPY DELICIOUSNESS!
