💉 Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis) vaccinations are recommended every 10 years to protect yourself and others from these three diseases, even if you don’t get injured.

🤕 If you have been moderately injured by a sharp, dirty object and it has been more than 5 years, you should consider getting it early.

🤰 You should also receive a Tdap vaccine with each pregnancy, between 27-36 weeks.
