People ask sometimes how long it takes the laser to start working for neuropathy. Typically around 2-3 treatments in people will start to notice changes, but we have had a few cases like this where the shooting pains are gone after the first treatment! We recently had the pleasure of working with this lovely Colombian man and his son. Mr C developed neuropathy in his legs following a long stay in the hospital with Covid, presumably from lack of blood flow/oxygen getting to his legs. He was previously a pretty active guy and loved to dance, so his lack of mobility was really affecting his quality of life. The first day he came in he was very unsteady and walked slowly with a walker. We did 16 laser treatments and now he is able to zoom down the hallway and has even started dancing a little! We had a little dance party in the office with him yesterday. 🥰(Shared with written consent by patient).
