SETTING A RECORD STRAIGHT.
I don’t engage in spreading hate. Regardless of color, creed, or class. Not even those who hate me.

I don’t hate Law Enforcement, I respect ,honor, and appreciate Law Enforcement. I don’t have a ‘vendetta’ against LE, that is just intended to discredit me. Character assassination, common tactic , just say he is against LE, have all LE against me.

I however have a problem with CORRUPT LAW ENFORCEMENT ONLY. I think that’s reasonable. Whenever I bring that up, I’m shut down with ‘Those are everywhere’ . Meaning ‘ We know, keep quiet! Don’t bring any attention on us!’

That’s oppressive and contradicting. If you know something is wrong, LE asks us to say something about it. What changed? I have no right to say anything at all?

I have not mentioned names of officers in MVPD that have integrity, because I feared they might be picked on, but I will name one.

Lt Jason Knox. He does not have a corrupt heart. He might be forced to act on orders of a corrupt system, but in his heart, he means well. There are several other officers I can’t mention names, in case they are picked on.

I made a post where I criticized the Franklin County Tax Office, this was not towards Lt Knox. He was being a beneficiary of a system. Let me make that clear. This wasn’t about Knox, but about an unfair taxation system, that he benefited from by proxy or default.

Lastly, y’all credit me too much! I don’t know if you’re aware how ridiculous y’all look with the thousand fake pages, claiming it’s me.
Even some LEO making fake pages to slander ? What they keep accusing me of ? Interesting!

Party A&B (vested interest in Franklin County) : True Mount Vernon, you’re a coward hiding behind your page!
Then goes and starts a fake page

The True Mount Vernon: Criticizes FCWD for their policy of hindering the public from speaking in Board meetings, and threats of criminal prosecution

Party A & B: The True Mount Vernon is wrong! There are rules! They should have followed rules or be removed!

The True Mount Vernon: Blocks people who bring discourse on their page.

Part A & B: How dare they block us on THEIR page! We have a right to be there and speak our piece! The True is such a dictator on their page! It’s not about Truth, we are the only ones who have the Truth, not them!

The True Mount Vernon: Posts material from Franklin County Taxes, educates the public how to find information, what the information means.

Party A & B: This information is public! You’re stirring up a pot! Franklin County is a small county! Their website is not always accurate!

The True Mt Vernon: There is systematic corruption that needs addressing, there are double standards existing among residents.

Part A&B: There’s corruption everywhere! No need to address it!

The True Mt Vernon: Keeps showing what is wrong with the system.

Party A & B: Keeps yelling how True Mt Vernon is wrong in showing people the truth about themselves.

The True Mt Vernon: There is question in the integrity of FCSO certain officers even in MVPD.

Party C & D: Grrrrrrrrrrr! Grrrrrr! You don’t like cops! You’re against cops! We are going to show you who the TRUE MT VERNON are, the ones who were born in Mt Vernon! We are everywhere! The ones who we don’t want you talking about! How dare you! You’re slanderous!

FRANKLIN COUNTY CORRUPTION: SHERIFFS OFFICE INTEGRITY Qs: Chris Mars- Deputy Sheriff

Stacy Mars, wife to Chris Mars, was arrested 10 yrs ago for shoplifting in Titus County. Your guess is as good as mine, how that case went. Swept under the rug, LE scratching each other’s backs. She was arrested again this month on 3/12/25 for insurance fraud. Very repetitive, compulsive coincidence.

Since this coincidence is so repetitive and has a pattern, any DA would establish a character with words like ‘priors’, ‘repeat offender’ ‘non- rehabilitative’ and anything else, that would p**s off a judge enough to deny bond or even escalate the original charge.

She’s not my concern, I don’t even judge her, my concern is her husband, Chris Mars. As a Deputy Sheriff, how would you perform the duties of law enforcement, against criminals, yet your wife is doing same thing, but safely in your house, for 10 yrs? How can you have a clear conscience?

This taints the integrity of this Deputy Sheriff and he should resign voluntarily The DA, Will Ramsay should launch investigations on him, place him on unpaid leave pending investigations outcome, if he doesn’t voluntarily resign.

I’ve was told I might up missing, my body showing up, having committed su***de. I have no suicidal thoughts or tendencies, just saying.

I’ve was called very many names, in my last post about Chris Mars. Crazy, Idiot, Not very smart, mad, mentally unstable, angry, aggressive, prick, so if you’re looking to call me names don’t use those. They are already taken. Find new ones . Let me remind you, I don’t care what you really think of me, and I don’t care what you call me either. Words or name calling can’t trigger me. They don’t stick.

FRANKLIN COUNTY CORRUPTION: SHERIFF DEPARTMENT INTEGRITY Qs: Chris Mars, Deputy Sheriff.

First off, this is public information, and many of you already know about it, you’re just afraid to say it openly, so I have to do it. Don’t paint me as a villain, but if you do, I really don’t care. I have already received threats of ‘ coming up missing’ , for speaking against the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office corruption. No one lives forever. I stand for the TRUTH.

Stacy Mars, wife to Chris Mars ( Deputy Sheriff Franklin County, Texas) is facing felony charges in Collin County Texas, for Insurance fraud.

The wife to a deputy sherrif cannot have acted alone in executing such a crime, and in Texas, Chris Mars is just as liable for the crime as his wife, because he knew about it, and never prevented it. Infact He is held to a higher standard, because he is an officer of the court, with knowledge and capability to manipulate the system.

I have insisted these are few ethical or creditworthy Law Enforcement officials, in Franklin County, but mostly criminals who hide behind their authority. They engage in criminal activities, then use their authority as immunity to prosecution. They use the same authority, to harass residents, arrest them falsely, falsify charges, falsify warrants, and falsify statements, to prosecute people for crimes they never committed.

Chris Mars, you should resign voluntarily, on a matter of integrity, since such a charge proves you could be party to the crime. Will Ramsay, as the DA, you should place Chris Mars on unpaid leave; pending investigation outcome of his participation in the crime. You should launch an investigation on him. Failing to do so, implies that you’re ok with these obvious looking criminals, serving under your office, which taints your credibility as a District Attorney, your case record and legacy.

If you have possible criminals collecting evidence for the DA to prosecute cases, how can we trust that system? Will Ramsay, as DA, respectfully, you are responsible for the actions of your officers of the court. Chris Mars does not qualify as an officer of the court as far as integrity or credibility at the moment. He needs to be removed from his position immediately until cleared.

FRANKLIN COUNTY WATER DISTRICT: A HISTORY OF CRIMINAL LAND GRABBERS OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE LANDS

Franklin County Water District, has always been a rogue tyrannical organization, out to grab people’s land and abuse its power granted under the constitution, that created it.

It just has the tendency of having criminal oppression of district residents, property grabbing and public funds misappropriation.

Back in 1972, after getting 220 acres from J.G and Leah Majors, to flood for the lake, FCWD still felt entitled, to get 52 more acres, that were clearly above the lake flooding altitude. Their intention was to build cabins to rent out, for profit under the guise of lake flooding. FOR PROFIT ( Ring a bell?)

When the Majors presented their dissent in District Court, the jury agreed with them that FCWD were actually abusing their authority to criminally grab resident’s property; and shut them down

FCWD, would not be content with the Dictrict Court jurors, and opted to use tax payers money, to appeal, to try steal from other taxpayers. The audicity! The Courts of Appeal, again pointed out how FCWD were being criminal land grabbers from a resident. They gave a ruling in the Majors favor, a case that has become a nationwide case law reference, for similar situations in law.

The President of the FCWD in 1972, who was vehemently pressing with that illegal land grabbing, went by the name uhhhmmm… LANDON RAMSAY.

There seems to be a special affinity of criminal land grabbing and corruption to this name…. 1972 seems so identical to 2025……

FRANKLIN COUNTY WATER DISTRICT WAIVER OF LIABILITY: UNCONSTITUTIONAL, ABSOLUTE HOGWASH.

Neither the District, the Board, the Manager, nor any of their respective agents, employees, or contractors shall be liable to any party for any injury, death, damage or loss to persons or property of any kind occurring in, around or upon District Property from any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE DISTRICT, THE BOARD, THE MANAGER, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS. Voluntary entry upon District Property by any party shall be at the sole risk of such entering party and shall constitute an express waiver and release of all claims against the District, the Board, the Manager, and their respective agents, employees and contractors for all such injury, damage or loss to persons or property.

According to this rule and regulation, FCWD is trying to say, that they are not liable for any losses or damages, including loss of human life, on their ‘premises’ . They further state that, even if the loss occurred, due to their own negligence, including human life, they are not liable.

Technically means, they can ask for a bond , not use the money for cause, and if any calamity was to happen due to their negligence, they can’t be sued. How constitutional.

In Franklin County Court and District Court, I guarantee you they are winning, because it’s within their jurisdiction, and they like to keep things under crooked wraps. Past the Franklin County Lines, No Judge is paying attention to this paragraph. It’s laughable.

Witchdoctor Latortue, the Voodoo Priest and Marie Latortue the Voodoo Priestess, brought out the Haitian voodoo dishes, and asked for us to ‘donate’ what you could, for Uganda. I was glad to see some of ‘us’participated in the Voodoo family’s generosity’ , for ‘Uganda. You’ll soon be my evidence of my assertions on this voodoo family, about sacrificing the community’s lives for their own gain. Like I said, it’s normally innocent, and voluntary.

I’m curious how much was collected, do you think that could recover the event’s cost? It wasn’t really about helping Uganda, it was about our voluntary participation. Some of ‘us’ luckily did.

I warned you about this date … the 15th every month. March has 5 Saturdays, Witchdoctor Latortue, coincidentally just chose the 15th , left other 4 Saturdays of the month?

I also predicted that members of Franklin County Law Enforcement that protect him, would soon hear of a death through cancer or some of his other schemes.
The death hasn’t come yet, but cancer has already, if they’re honest with themselves. We’ll wait and see.

To be clear, I did say one of Witchdoctor Latortue voodoo schemes, is to burden you with legal troubles, if you are associated with him.

On 3/12/2025, Franklin County Law Enforcement, did one of you, or your family members have a legal run in, that you will have to face, and not anywhere within your jurisdiction or control, like you’re so used to? One you can’t use your authority to sweep under the rug? How did that happen?

I won’t mention any names, but you know yourselves. Can’t call in favors, infact you’d want to hide , because it exposes you as exactly, what I have been publicly accusing you of. You can thank your WitchDoctor Latortue, voodoo friend for that (funny nothing happens to him, but it does to you, and you have such authority in Franklin County Sheriff Office).

THE TYRANNY OF AN UNELECTED AUTOCRAT: BOBBY STINSON-FCWD

The problem we’ll always find Franklin County lodged in, is the seemingly eternal presence of SELECTED not ELECTED officials, who make it to the chamber, through the backdoor.

They don’t go through the electorate channels, they just find themselves handed reigns to power, and since it cost them nothing, they so easily abuse it. Such is one tyrant and quite honestly chauvinistic individual, Bobby Stinson.

Bobby, you were not elected, you were appointed. When you first got appointed, you said nothing .When Jenny Dennis had her husband with her, you said nothing. When she pointed out what the board was wrong about, and she was solo, you were disrespectful in the last meeting, waving a self structured and illegal authority, just to intimidate people.

So we went back to when you ever got onboard. Funny enough, being probably the most packed FCWD board meeting, the issue about the board’s transparency , was a core contention issue, as it still is, presently. You were quietly listening, like you would make a difference.

The audacious, clandestine, FCWD activities, were devious then, just as they are now. Speaker after speaker criticized and expressed their displeasure on your lies about OverlookPark. Ronnie Barker even resulted to a poem; to see if a different instrument in relay, could deposit some emotion, on your rock hard insensitivity, to residents.

Very informed and well researched speakers , graced the podium with unilateral points of wisdom, on every aspect the board hit the wrong notes. They talked about the seclusion the public faced, in your activities , and were met with such words….

‘We’ll take your comments, but we are not obligated to take into consideration any of your input, or even implement them’.

I agree with Jenny Dennis. Maybe you need to go back to the State of Texas, and give people their land back.
