Let's get D3PR. Are you aware of any underlying negative beliefs you have about yourself, others, or the world? When you have an experience, good or not good what thoughts do you have about yourself, others and the world? How do you feel when you have those thoughts? What do you do? Does your behavior honor what you value? If not reflect back on what you may believe that causes you to think, feel and behave the way you did. CHOOSE to behave in ways that honor what you value and then reflect again. Did you notice any difference?
