However, you can not wait for 30 days before exfoliating because you have to consider the daily dirt buildup

But is it advisable to exfoliate everyday?

No!

Excess exfoliation can strip the face of its natural oil, causing a dry skin which can lead to breakout

How often should you exfoliate?

It is best to exfoliate two to three times a week.

By then, there will be dirts clogging the skin so the exfoliant won’t strip the face of its oil.
