Its perfectly normal and natural to experience executive dysfunction or disruption (the part of the brain that helps us with decisions) after an expected or unexpected changes in your life.
When changes occur for some people,
their body tries to process it like trauma ..
Incase anybody is looking for validation while feeling like they can't "think straight."
If you find yourself very emotional or
reactive..
I would suggest writing everything down and crying at the same time. (even if what you write down makes no sense, it's for you and yourself)
This is a great way to release stress and manage ourselves when we feel out of control or on the edge of our emotions.
You can only modify and manage so many things..
But starting with your feelings & emotions is always a great place to start.
