Its perfectly normal and natural to experience executive dysfunction or disruption (the part of the brain that helps us with decisions) after an expected or unexpected changes in your life.
When changes occur for some people,
their body tries to process it like trauma ..
Incase anybody is looking for validation while feeling like they can't "think straight."

If you find yourself very emotional or
reactive..
I would suggest writing everything down and crying at the same time. (even if what you write down makes no sense, it's for you and yourself)
This is a great way to release stress and manage ourselves when we feel out of control or on the edge of our emotions.
You can only modify and manage so many things..
But starting with your feelings & emotions is always a great place to start.

although not as common as chamomile or other tea flowers. This one I find to have a lot of similarities to hibiscus, it has a powerful oxidative ability to help defend the body against radicals and help put the mojo back in your step.

Also brings benefits for reproductive and libido..

I would say not psych approved as it does impact mood and clarity depending on a person's mental & emotional health.

I came across this gem in the wild of scrolling,
What a great example of our nervous system.

Do you know the bladder is part of the renal system?
The renal system is like the reciever for sensory indicated stress in our Central Nervous System.

Like when nervous kids wet the bed or your bladder fills up during an exciting conversation.
And the more sensory input your body gets the more likely you will need to urinate.
Exactly why pregnant women tend to use the restroom more because they have sensory input happening from the inside and nerves are being triggered from the womb sending signals all over the body.
So when your brain is "trained" to use the restroom when you walk into one,
good chance your brain will send the signal with your central system and you'll get the urge to go.
You get into a shower and water is touching your skin but then your skin is sending signals all over your body that it feels "safe" to get wet,
We're naked & vulnerable?
It better be safe!
But what happens when we feel safe?
We relax.
Our bladder, muscles relax and we go.
No these things are not in your head,
Its a natural communication happening between sensory & nerves input/output.
This is the body signaling sensory input through our skin and communicating with nerves under the surface to eliminate the liquid "fuel" we've used to operate our internal mechanisms.

To break down the movement of ionic energy in the brain, you'd have to supplement to support that function and see the difference for yourself.

This would be a whole biology lesson.
What about the impact of lead during this function?
The lead used in metal for manufacturing shoots in factories today, such as metal trays our food slides down before it's wrapped, is likely having more negative impact than we think.

You might think it's not impacting much, but memory gaps and mental health need to be taken seriously to sustain individual cognitive abilities.
You can give your body support by using copper cups and cast-iron cookware,
something so simple.
It won't be a massive shift, but when we can't avoid everything, we can supplement to give better support to these functions so they have less impact and our bodies can continue in homeostasis and natural detoxing.
